Lucky minerals operates a comprehensive length of 21 kilometres of belt used for movement of iron ore. We use special steel cord belts for heavy wear and tear caused due to the abrasive nature of iron ore. Not only do we operate the entire length of these conveyor belts, lucky minerals maintains the health with the help of our in house inventory. These circuits include integrated crushing and screening as well, which are all operated and maintained by Lucky Minerals.
Akin to iron circuit, Lucky minerals handles an estimated length of 29 kilometres of conveyor belts handling coal. This includes sophisticated crushing units that are used to achieve the desired size of coal. Lucky minerals has installed hammer and impactor or crusher for this purpose. A major crisis plants face in this process is the
moisture content in coal. Lucky minerals has successfully tackled this issue with the use of special screens and fine crushers for production support.
